Summary

We are looking for a Help Desk Technician for a global startup!

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel



Responsibilities:

▪ Provide first-line support to company employees on Windows and Mac operating systems

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

▪ Support Microsoft 365 applications and services.

▪ Handle network-related issues including IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.

▪ Collaborate with IT team members to ensure smooth IT operations.

▪ Document and track support requests using a ticketing system.


Requirements:

▪ 1–3 years of experience in Helpdesk or a similar IT support role

▪ Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration

▪Fundamental understanding of networking protocols (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)

▪ Excellent English skills – spoken, written, and reading

▪Experience with software deployment tools and endpoint management – a plus

▪ Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice – a plus
