Summary

Role :- Help Desk Specialist

Onsite | Wilmington DE

Long Term Contract


The Help Desk Specialist is responsible for providing advanced technical support and assistance to end-users in our organization. They will serve as a point of escalation for complex IT issues and play a key role in maintaining the overall functionality of the organization's IT systems. The position reports to the Manager of End-user Services. The successful candidate will support the Culture, Values, and Strategic Goals of the client and its family of companies. This position works an eight-hour shift schedule coordinating with teammates to ensure coverage from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.


Required Skills:

  • 1-5 years of IT support experience (at least 1 year in a help desk role).
  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting skills (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with hardware, software, networking, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish? That’s a big plus!
  • Familiarity with retail IT environments (POS systems, Citrix, virtualized environments) is a bonus.
  • IT certifications (A+, Network+, ITIL, etc.)? Even better!
