Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science / Analytics, Health Informatics, Statistics, Computer Science)
• 3+ years of experience working with healthcare claims data
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Ability to code in Python or JavaScript or a similar language is a plus
• Strong knowledge of data normalization techniques and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners (including occasional video calls with clients and prospects to review performed data analyses)
