Description

We are looking for a healthcare business analyst to join our team of consultants in the Montreal office.

This position is in hybrid mode.

Tâches

Functional Expertise We Are Focused On Right Now

• Patient Appointment Booking
• Involves the configuration side to define booking slots, resource requirements, provider schedules, etc.
• Front-end for booking appointments (cancel, rebook, book series appointments, group appointments)
• Appreciation for some of the data that needs to be captured and reported about appointments
• Procedure and Medication Order flows
• More focused on Hospital environment, but also involving clinic and outpatient orders
• Knowledge of workflows and documentation of order fulfillment (normal case and exceptional case)
  
  

Exigences

• Knowledge of Healthcare and Healthcare IT (not Insurance)
• Prior experience as a business analyst, clinical informaticist or system analyst
• Working knowledge of techniques to document business requirements (User Stories, Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and understand regulatory documents and translate to business requirements
• Passion for details that you can balance with business realities
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge and awareness of Canadian healthcare
• Bi-lingual English / French is a plus
