You will leverage your expertise in data analysis and reporting to lead the development and delivery of reports that optimize operations, track goals, and inform future growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Analytics Initiatives:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy insightful reports for leadership and stakeholders across the organization.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends and patterns that drive strategic decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders to translate data into actionable insights.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the Healthplan Operations Team.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for team growth and development.
• Serve as a resource for team members on analytical challenges.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Leverage data automation tools (e.g., SSIS) to streamline reporting processes.
• Utilize Power BI or other tools to create impactful data visualizations and dashboards.
• Gather and translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Partner effectively with IT teams to ensure seamless data access and integration.
• Deliver clear and concise reports and presentations to leadership and stakeholders.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, Economics, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in data analysis and reporting, including experience with healthcare data (highly preferred)
• Demonstrated expertise in Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Word, PPT and Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
