Health Network Manager / Head – Provider Partnerships (India)

Location: Gurugram/Mumbai

As we scale across regions, we are looking for a seasoned healthcare professional to build, manage, and optimize our provider network across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, mental health professionals, wellness service providers, and telemedicine platforms across India.
• Lead commercial negotiations, establish SLAs, and execute contracts with partners.
• Ensure wide regional coverage with strong service quality in Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities.
• Maintain strong relationships with providers to ensure smooth operations, issue resolution, and consistent service delivery.
• Track performance metrics, pricing benchmarks, and satisfaction levels; optimize the network based on business demand.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Sales) to integrate and activate provider services as part of bundled offerings.
• Stay updated with healthcare regulations and ensure compliance with all provider engagements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8–10 years of experience in healthcare network management, hospital operations, or healthtech partnerships within India.
• Strong understanding of India’s healthcare ecosystem — both organized and unorganized sectors.
• Ability to build and manage a provider network that scales efficiently across urban and semi-urban geographies.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Experience in managing SLAs, audits, escalations, and regulatory compliance.

Preferred/Bonus Experience:

• Prior experience in healthtech, insurance TPAs, diagnostic aggregators, or corporate wellness programs.
• Familiarity with digital health delivery (telemedicine, e-pharmacy, remote diagnostics).
• Strong network of contacts across major hospitals, labs, and healthcare providers in India.
