Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Health And Safety Manager. The Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures, conducting safety training sessions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role also includes conducting risk assessments, maintaining safety records, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization. The individual will work closely with other departments to ensure the health and safety standards are met across all company operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Health & Safety and Occupational Health
• Experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS), OSHA, and NEBOSH certification
• Ability to conduct Safety Training sessions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the construction or development industry is a plus
