Full Time Tennis Professional Position at RCW Athletic Club in Lancaster, Pa RCW Athletic Club is a premiere tennis club in Central Pennsylvania, featuring 8 outdoor har-tru tennis courts, 6 indoor hard courts, and 2 Padel Courts. Since the club was bought under new ownership in 2020, the membership has grown exponentially, and the programming has been in high demand. We have an incredibly active tennis community, both adults and juniors, that are passionate about all aspects of tennis—clinics, lessons, USTA Teams, leagues, etc. We currently have an incredible team of pros that are reaching scheduling capacity. Position Summary: We are looking for a full-time tennis professional that is excited to hit the courts! The ideal candidate is someone with a strong coaching and playing background, as well as a personality that is energetic and positive. This coach should be willing to work weekends, in addition to scheduling throughout the week. We are confident this pro will have 40 hours of on-court work within 1 month of starting. Job duties:

• Provide instruction for any level player—beginner to advanced, as well as juniors and adults
• Instruction through private or semi-private lessons and clinics
• Actively participate in club events and functions (mixers, charity tournaments, etc)
• Share responsibilities on a rotating basis of holiday tennis functions and USTA tournaments
• Professional and prompt communication with clients
• Attend monthly team meetings Job Qualifications:
• Playing rating of 4.5+
• USPTA or USPTR professional teaching certification
