Job brief

We are seeking a highly-skilled Head of Technology to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You should be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and an expert in technological development. You will work directly under the CEO and will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
• Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.
• Managing technology budgets and time frames.
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality, scalability and efficiency
• Build quality assurance and data protection processes
• Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
• Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
• Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
• Communicate technology strategy to CEOs and the Board
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements

Requirement

• Proven experience as a Technology Head/Engineering Head or similar leadership role.
• About 15 Years of work experience & a minimum of 3-4 yrs of work experience as a VP/Technology head
• Must have good exposure to Agentic/Gen AI tools and technologies
• Experience in working on an Ed-Tech platforms will be highly desirable
• Experience of working on B2B and B2C domains and platforms shall be useful
• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
• Excellent project management skills agile is mandatory
