🧱 What You'll Lead:
- The creation and execution of a long-term training and skills roadmap
- Development of cutting-edge programmes aligned with evolving sector needs
- Collaborative engagement with industry partners, funders, and awarding bodies
- Oversight of teaching quality, learner success, and compliance standards
- Management of internal teams, resources, and training centre operations
- Hands-on contribution to apprenticeship and vocational qualification delivery
📚 What You’ll Bring:
- Extensive experience in construction-based education or training leadership
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., Ofsted, ESFA)
- Certified teaching and assessment credentials (CertEd/PGCE, CAVA, IQA)
- A track record of delivering impactful learning and skills programmes
- Vision, energy, and the ability to build strong partnerships across the sector
