Hiring: Head of Technology – GrowthGrid

Location: Remote | Preference: India-based |

Compensation: Revenue-share (First 3 months) → Base + Incentive

We are now hiring a Head of Technology — a visionary technologist who can lead delivery across projects, architect intelligent systems, and build the foundation for long-term innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of custom platforms, AI/automation pipelines, internal tools, and client systems
• Architect scalable, modular, and high-performance tech solutions
• Build and manage a high-performing tech team across frontend, backend, and AI
• Collaborate closely with the founding team on technical strategy, roadmap, and IP development
• Ensure timelines, quality benchmarks, and client satisfaction across all projects

Ideal Candidate:

• 4–10 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with expertise in full-stack development (React/Next.js, Node.js, Python)
• Proven experience in leading tech teams or managing complex technical projects
• A strong grasp of AI integrations, automation tools, or data infrastructure is a bonus
• Highly accountable, structured in approach, and outcomes-driven
• Comfortable in fast-paced, multi-project environments

Willing to work on a revenue-share model for the first 3 months, with clear scope to transition into a full-time leadership role (CTO track)
