Head of Technical Project Management (m/w/d)


Your tasks

  • Oversee a small team of technical project managers, but also work in project yourself
  • Lead and manage diverse and often international projects along the whole lifecycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Control project execution, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively.
  • Find solutions to potential issues within the project
  • Drive continuous improvement in our internal project management standards.


What you offer

  • Bachelor's degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in project management / consulting
  • You are result oriented and you identify with the outcome of a project. You manage (and not only administrate) projects
  • You are detail-oriented, highly organized, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Enjoyment of international projects and willingness to travel
  • Fluent in spoken and written German and English
