We are seeking a dynamic and experienced "Head of Technical Consulting - Cybersecurity Solutions" to lead our consulting team of 20+ professionals in Hong Kong for both presales and post-sales support. This leadership role will focus on developing innovative Cybersecurity strategies and providing expert guidance to our clients, with a strong emphasis on Infrastructure, Network, and Cloud security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a diverse team of 20+ technical consultants, driving excellence in cybersecurity solutions delivery for both presales and post-sales support
• Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies tailored to client needs, focusing on Infrastructure, Network, and Cloud security.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand client requirements and provide technical support
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best cybersecurity practices
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in cybersecurity solutions and consulting roles
• Proven people leadership skills with a track record of managing large, successful teams
• Strong domain knowledge in Infrastructure, Network, and Cloud cybersecurity
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) are highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
