We are looking for a
Head of Network Project Delivery Team to lead a team of top-tier network professionals, including 7 network engineers and several temporary contractors.
This team is structured with four competence areas, with each Leading Network Engineer providing technical and leadership support to the manager, covering tasks like incident resolution, TMIM, KPI management, tool oversight, and onboarding/training. NPDT function in the organization is network projects implementation in these areas:
- Data center physical networks (network fabric, firewalls, ADCs, VPNgw, etc.)
- Private and Public cloud platforms networks (NSX-V, NSX-T, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes)
- Enterprise LAN: LAN, WiFi, NAC, security solutions for LANs
- Telco services: FDPS, DPS services (internet, MPLS)
As a Head of Network Project Delivery Team (NPDT), you will:
- will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of all project stages within the team. As NPDT is exclusively focused on network project implementation, your role will be to ensure effective delivery from initiation to the handover of the implemented solution to the network contract maintenance team. You will lead the team by setting clear goals, fostering communication, empowering the team, and promoting collaboration, growth, and motivation. You will also be responsible for ensuring the fast and efficient implementation of projects, managing and optimizing team workflow processes, and maintaining high-quality, timely communication with both customers and team members.
Typical scope of the projects: team executing simultaneously around 1-2 large-scale projects (construction of infrastructures of national importance) and around 10 customer infrastructure construction or renewal projects. Typical project duration from weeks to months.
Who we’re looking for:
- A solid background in IT infrastructure is required, along with hands-on experience in network engineering
- Proven experience in leading a team or demonstrated leadership within a team environment
- Network project implementation management knowledge which includes team management and communication with B2B / customers
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Good English language skills (minimum B2 level, both spoken and written)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, PMP) would be considered an advantage

Monthly salary range for this position:
from 4986 Eur gross to 7478 Eur gross plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
