A client of ours is a Global Multi-Entertainment Firm that has opened a new role on their team. Seeking an experienced Head of Tax Professional with 15+years to be the lead for the firm, reporting to CFO. This professional will work with Front Office Sales, Operations, and Finance along with internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include Tax Reporting, M&A Tax Diligence, Tax Risk, Strategy and Planning.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for leading Strategic Planning and Tax Reporting working with outside advisors
• Strategic analysis of tax structing and planning
• Evaluate and Structure M&A transactions.
• Responsible for tax initiatives, tax credits, tax planning, and tax controversy
• Proactively identify all global tax requirements and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of related tax experience with at least five years in a public accounting firm
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, Master's is a plus
• CPA or JD is preferred.
• Partnership/Pass-through Entity Taxation is a must, Corp Tax a plus
• Understanding of Stock Equity Compensation and Partner Capital Models
