What You Will Do

• Lead the Team: Inspire and manage a well-established venture capital team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Shape Strategy: Define and implement investment strategies in AI, Deep Tech, Advanced Materials, and other emerging technologies.
• Drive Synergies: Leverage the resources of our conglomerate to maximize value through strategic initiatives.
• Discover Opportunities: Scout and evaluate high-potential investments in the US and Europe.
• Execute Due Diligence: Oversee thorough assessments for potential investments.
• Manage Portfolios: Build and maintain strategic relationships with portfolio companies.
• Develop New Business: Identify and capitalize on innovative growth opportunities.
• Present with Impact: Guide the preparation of clear, compelling presentations for executives and stakeholders.

What You Bring

Experience:

• 10+ years in venture capital or corporate venture capital (CVC) with a focus on technology investments in the US.
• A strong track record of venture deals and connections within the US startup ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience in tech operations or entrepreneurship.

Skills:

• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, valuation techniques, and technology trends.

Education:

• Master’s degree preferred; a background in computer science or related fields is a plus.
