Job Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy - Lead and mentor the product development team to ensure high performance, innovation, and alignment with company objectives.
• Product Development & Delivery - Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through to development, launch, and ongoing maintenance.
• Implement best practices for Agile development and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Product Managers to define product requirements, feature sets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with the UX/UI, QA, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless product development and deployment.
• Collaborate with Product Support to ensure that product issues and customer issues are considered in the development process.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement - Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, fostering a culture of innovation within the development team.
• Continuously improve development processes, including use of AI to maximize productivity and quality

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully building, developing and transforming product development teams.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in modern software development technologies, architectures, and frameworks (e.g., Cloud platforms, AI)
• Collaborate with the UX/UI, QA, and Cybersecurity teams
• Collaborate with Product Support
