SuperSonic Imagine is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Head to join our team in Chennai, India. If you have a passion for medical devices, particularly ultrasound technology, and a proven track record in customer service management, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage field service operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Inspire and motivate a team of field service engineers and coordinate with third-party service companies.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to translate vision into actionable goals and measurable results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement processes and strategies for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 10-15 years of progressive experience in customer service management, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry, with specific experience in the ultrasound medical industry.
• Proven track record of leadership and team management.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices within the ultrasound medical industry.
• Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools/systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in the application of ultrasound technology across various medical domains including Breast Health, Liver Health, GYN Health, Cardiovascular Health, and other Monitoring Solutions.
