Develop and implement comprehensive security, health, and safety strategies and implement security plans, procedures, and policies for the whole estate area.
Conduct regular risk assessments, recommend mitigation and implement preventive measure for physical, operational, and environmental risks.
Oversee asset protection, including surveillance systems, perimeter security, and emergency response infrastructure.
Enforce and monitor access control protocols, including permit systems for vehicles, personnel, and contractors.
Maintain and lead incident response, investigations, and reporting procedures across the estate.
Supervise, train, and evaluate in-house and outsourced security personnel.
Ensure compliance with all local and national laws/regulations, and occupational safety standards.
Design and manage CSR programs focusing on environmental sustainability, occupational health & safety awareness, and community development.
Engage and build long-term partnership key stakeholder such as local governments, NGOs, schools, and resident communities surrounding the estate.
Prepare and present Security &CSR performance and impact reports to company and regulator.
Requirements:
Min. Bachelor Degree (preferably Master Degree) in Psychology, Social, or Government.
At least have 5 years of working experience as Head of Security and CSR/ESR.
Proven track record in managing security and CSR execution in similar industry or in mining and international company.
In-depth knowledge of security regulations, EHS standards, and industrial access control systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
