Following a strategic review and governance upgrade, Blocksport is now entering a focused growth phase-scaling its commercial engine with a repeatable, cross-functional sales process. The Head of Sales will play a central role in this transformation.


About the Role

We’re hiring a Head of Sales to lead the frontlines of our outbound and inbound sales operations. This is a hands-on role with team creation and leadership role, ideal for someone who can coach, build systems, and close deals of all sizes. You will be the architect and operator of our sales pipeline engine, responsible for activating sales opportunities with digital leaders in sport, media, and entertainment.


You’ll be working closely with the CEO, Delivery, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.


Key Responsibilities

·      - Hit and exceed daily, monthly and yearly targets

·      - Own outbound campaigns: messaging, tools, cadence, and tracking

·       - Build repeatable systems, SOPs, and processes to scale performance

·       - Track metrics and provide real-time feedback to the business

·       - Ensure CRM accuracy, hygiene, and usage compliance

·       - Ensure a smooth and consistent interaction between Sales and the business (Delivery, Customer Success, Marketing and Product)

·       - Maintain clean internal communication cycles and team and organisational alignment

·       - Own sales forecasts, performance projections, and departmental growth plans

·       - On success build and manage our Sales team

·       - Lead team huddles and 1:1 coaching sessions

·       - Own Sales onboarding, training, development, and hiring decisions when required

·       - Shadow calls, give feedback, and drive a culture of excellence with the sales team.


 You Bring

·      - 5–7 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally with SaaS or platform-based products

·      - 2+ years managing sales and/or SDR functions

·      - Fluency with CRM systems (Pipedrive or similar) and sales engagement tools

·      - Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and retain high-performance sales talent

·      - High attention to process, data, and outcome orientation

·      - Excellent communicator (internal and external)

·      - Global market experience preferred

·      - Previous experience in sport, gaming, or fan-based communities is a strong plus
