The Role: Head of Sales
As Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and shaping the company’s future. In the initial phase, you will personally own the entire sales cycle — from identifying prospects to closing deals — acting as the key hunter who drives new client acquisition. You will then build and lead a high-performing sales team, using the processes and strategies you’ve developed firsthand.
This is a role for a hands-on sales driver: someone who thrives in the field, loves the chase, and leads by example.
Your Responsibilities
Phase 1: First 6 Months (Hands-On Hunting & Execution)
• Own and execute the full sales cycle:
– Prospect new clients.
– Set appointments and manage outreach sequences.
– Deliver compelling presentations and close deals.
– Attend events, network.
• Build strong relationships with key FMCG marketers and decision-makers.
• Create and document scalable sales processes optimised for growth.
Phase 2: Building & Leading the Team
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of 6–10 sales professionals.
• Implement your proven sales model to ensure consistent performance.
• Oversee team success and foster a high-energy, results-driven culture.
• Expand sales operations across Australian and international markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and strategic partners to drive shared success.

• Leadership Experience: You’ve built and led successful sales teams.
• FMCG Knowledge: You understand how to engage marketers and decision-makers in this space.
• Strategic Vision: You know how to scale sales operations and align them with company goals.
• Hands-On Attitude: You’re willing to roll up your sleeves and lead by doing, especially in the early stages.
Reporting Line
This role reports directly to the CEO, ensuring strong strategic alignment and high visibility.
