Selected Group was founded in Denmark in 2016 and is an ambitious, rapidly growing wealth manager specializing in alternative investments. The company focuses on real assets, including solar and wind power, real estate, and green infrastructure. Among its key initiatives is a fund dedicated to transforming industrial waste into sustainable solutions for food production.
One of the flagship projects is an innovative greenhouse using waste heat from a nearby paper mill to produce tomatoes year-round. A second greenhouse, supported by Goldman Sachs, is already under construction.
Selected Group operates primarily from Copenhagen but has an expanding international footprint, including a newly opened office in Switzerland. With Management and a team of more than 30 professionals across Denmark, Sweden, Gibraltar, Luxembourg, and Switzerland, Selected Group is ensuring a strong international presence.
Your Role
As Head of Sales, you will lead all sales activities in Denmark and Sweden. You will take operational ownership of both well-established and scaling markets and work closely with your sales team to drive daily execution. You will build, coach, and develop your team while playing a key role in expanding into new European markets.
You will report directly to CEO Frederik Gundorph Olesen and work closely with the Executive Management Team to align sales performance with company-wide growth objectives.
