Summary

For our Client we are looking for Head of Sales and Business Development


Working model: hybryd

Agreement: Employment contract;

Workplace: Sliema, Malta


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


This role is critical in driving our sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and helping expand its iGaming presence.

The ideal candidate :

  • Will have a strong understanding of the iGaming industry, a passion for technology-driven solutions, and a proven track record of generating and qualifying leads and turning them into sales.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive lead generation and market expansion.
  • Identify, research, and engage with potential clients in the iGaming industry.
  • Manage outbound prospecting through various channels, including email, LinkedIn, calls, and industry events.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach campaigns and messaging.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Craft and Improve Sales and Marketing materials
  • Work together with existing platform partners to drive sales and leads
  • Attend and represent Unibo at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


SKILLSET:


  • 3+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related role, in iGaming.
  • Strong understanding of iGaming platforms, retention strategies, and CRM solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and establish rapport with decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines.
  • Comfortable working remotely with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
