Head of Sales, US
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Start date: Flexible, targeting Summer 2025
Compensation & Rewards
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 (USD)
- Uncapped Commission: Expected $50,000 – $120,000+ in Year 1 (based on GP generated)
- Annual Bonus: $10,000 – $20,000 (Individual & company performance)
- Total Year 1 OTE: $170,000 – $250,000+ (*with upside into $300k+ for high performers)

Austin is our launchpad. You’ll be one of the first on the ground, working directly with our CRO to build, win, and grow in this high-potential market.

You'll help shape our go-to-market strategy, win key logos across Technology & Engineering, and eventually build your own team as we scale. What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and drive new client acquisition across the US, targeting emerging tech vendors, consultancies, and scale-ups.
- Represent Linnk in the market with credibility, curiosity, and a commercial edge — we sell capability, not just CVs.
- Partner directly with the CRO to shape sales strategy, pricing, and market positioning.
- Build strong, multi-layered client relationships that go beyond transactional staffing — we lead with insight, not volume.
- Work side-by-side with a second US sales hire to prove the model, then scale the team over the next 6–9 months.
- Tap into our global capability: from Cybersecurity and AI to Robotics, Data, and Cloud — we’ve got the bench, brand, and backing.
You’ll Thrive If You Are...
- A proven deal-maker in staffing, recruitment or solutions sales — ideally within Technology, Engineering, or Digital.
- Based in or near Austin, with an instinct for the US tech talent landscape (consultancies, SaaS vendors, integrators, etc).
- Hungry for growth, but level-headed enough to plan and build sustainably.
- Comfortable operating without a safety net — you’ll have our full support, but this is a hands-on, in-market role.
- Ambitious enough to become Sales Director. Grounded enough to know that titles are earned.
