Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Head of Research and Development, located on-site in New York, NY. The Head of Research and Development will be responsible for market research, predictive analytics, producing data sets for clients and the team, and outreach. Daily tasks include managing research projects, analyzing data, reporting findings, and ensuring projects align with the company’s goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to model trends and demonstrate market movement
• Strong Analytical Skills and Research expertise
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to work on-site in New York, NY (or at least hybrid)
• Degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus/necessity
