Summary

We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Head of Required Training to be responsible for the operational execution of the firm’s global required training programs and ensures that all mandatory training is successfully developed, launched, tracked, and reported in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

This is a Vice President level position within the Talent Development Team, which sits in Human Capital Management (HCM). What You'll Do In The Role

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of required training, including course creation, and review, testing, deployment, and tracking in the firm’s LMS.
  • Coordinate with compliance and risk teams to ensure all training programs align with regulatory requirements.
  • Design, project manage production, and maintain eLearning experiences for required training, consistent with adult learning theory.
  • Maintain accurate training records and generate reports for senior management and regulatory audits and serve as a key point of contact for business units regarding training execution, deadlines, and troubleshooting .
  • Partner with vendors and internal content developers to ensure training materials are up to date, relevant for learners and properly formatted for deployment.
  • Partner with global counterparts to ensure training consistency and adherence to firmwide standards.

What You'll Bring To The Role

  • At least 6 years of experience in learning administration, training operations, or compliance training within financial services or a similarly regulated industry.
  • Strong experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), training platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training launches simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, data management, and compliance tracking.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
