We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Group Head of Property to direct the group’s property assets, drive performance, and shape the future developments of this world-class destination. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with board members, this executive-level role carries broad accountability for the real estate investment, development activities and portfolio oversight.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of senior level experience in property and asset management, ideally within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. With a strong financial background, you’ll have a track record of unlocking value through smart planning, team leadership, and driving initiatives from concept to completion. A relevant degree is essential, and with a hands-on management style, you’ll be confident leading from the front.
