Summary

Our client, an international insurer, is seeking a strategic leader as their Head of PMO to spearhead their Hong Kong and Asia business operation by ensuring projects align with business goals, run efficiently, and deliver measurable value.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership – Align projects with enterprise goals, prioritize initiatives, and support strategic planning.

Operational Excellence – Define PM standards, governance, and KPIs to track performance and ROI.

Risk & Resource Management – Optimize cross-functional resources, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Continuous Improvement – Refine methodologies, conduct lessons learned, and drive transformation.


Requirements:

15+ years in program/project management with a track record of strategic impact.

Expertise in PM methodologies, governance, and Agile principles.

Strong business acumen and experience advising C-suite leaders.

Exceptional communication (English required; Cantonese/Mandarin a plus).

Change management and transformation experience.

Digital Transformation is a plus.
