Descriptif du poste Tasks: Participate in group-wide or Asset Management-specific projects (e.g. digitization of processes; implementation of new regulatory requirements such as DORA) Support the business processes regarding Information Security Management Provide compliance checks on the German side regarding the ESG documentation (SFDR disclosure, reporting) Managing the outsourcing partner and ensuring compliance with the agreed processes Operational coordination of fund events: launch, segmentation, merger, transfer, dissolution Processing of unit certificate transactions and distributions Processing incoming invoices Calculation of management fees Applying for/obtaining status/NV certificate LEI and ISIN applications Participation in service review meetings Processing inquiries from business partners Processing of withholding tax issues Profil et compétences recherchées Master's degree in Economics with focus on Finance or similar education Theoretical knowledge of investment products in asset management and the fund business a plus Customer orientation Strong team player with high social competence and good communication skills Very good skills in MS Office applications, especially Excel programming skills are an advantage Very good written and spoken German and English Interest in working in an international environment Ce poste est ouvert aux personnes en situation de handicap.
