We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Project Management to lead and evolve all project management activities in accordance with guidelines and client specifications at our site in München-Ottobrunn in Germany Your responsibilities You will be part of the management team on site and ensure all project management activities for our client projects in accordance with guidelines and client specifications together with your team You will provide guidance for active development and tech transfer projects and for routine clinical and commercial manufacturing You will be the internal Business Partner to support Business Development and Proposal Management including resource modelling and cost calculations You will provide statements of work (SoW) and change order management including contract negotiations with clients You will be responsible for the account management of active clients, will act as the customer advocate on-site and ensure that all project activities delivered in line with the agreed objectives You will oversee all project activities, budget/profitability and will be responsible to report project portfolio status You will be a key stakeholder to drive harmonization across Minaris and ensure continuous improvement and process alignment You will lead a team of project managers and ensure their development and mentoring Your profile University degree in Biology, Biotechnology or any related field Highly skilled and proficient in the discipline of project management (ideally PMP certification) Proven leadership skills to motivate and maintain high moral within (matrix) teams GMP Custom Manufacturing and Development experience, ideally in the ATMP field High attention to detail and ability to manage complexity and multiple priorities Ability to communicate effectively at all levels across the organization Fluent in English and German We offer An exciting and innovative environment A strong team that contributes to medical progress Hybrid working opportunity
