Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Management Head (GM Level) to lead high-value capital and infrastructure projects, with a focus on greenfield and brownfield plant setups. This role will own project delivery end-to-end, from conceptualization and design to execution and commissioning and will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead greenfield/brownfield chemical plant projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle.
• Liaise with EPC partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with technical and business goals.
• Drive compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards and statutory regulations.
• Implement project governance, documentation, and risk mitigation frameworks.
• Present regular project updates to the CEO and Board.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT (mandatory)
• MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution (preferred)
• 15–20 years of experience in project management, preferably in chemical manufacturing or with EPC companies
• Proven expertise in managing greenfield projects with high capital intensity
• Strong technical understanding, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities

Preferred Background

• Experience in specialty chemicals, bromine derivatives, or large-scale EPC projects
• Track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex vendor ecosystems
