You will meet ambitious people and people passionate about the world of entertainment! & YOUR MISSION& As the Manager - Project portfolio management and IT budget, reporting to the Vice-President, Information Technology, you will be responsible for the implementation of the Project Office and the financial management of the Information Technology group. You will work with your team to establish the methodological framework for project management, ensure the definition of processes and tools for the delivery of projects in traditional or agile mode, and manage operational and IT project budgets, as well as follow-up with suppliers. Together with other IT team managers, you will collaborate on the planning and monitoring of project portfolios.& The Manager - Project portfolio management and IT budget will be responsible for :& Ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects by coaching project managers and optimizing delivery performance in terms of both velocity and quality.& Evolving project management practice and tools through the documentation, integration, application and acceptance of different project management approaches and methodologies& Recommend the best delivery approach (waterfall, agile, hybrid, etc.) according to the characteristics and needs of the initiative& Train and ensure a common understanding of the project framework by the PMO, the IT department and our business partners& Guide and support project managers and advise them on the challenges of delivering their initiatives& Consolidate the budget and ensure CAPEX and OPEX forecasts for the entire IT Vice-Presidency& Maintain consolidated portfolio health and financial performance reports& Oversee IT contract management governance activities& YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE An undergraduate university degree in information technology, administration or an equivalent discipline& 8 or more years' experience in the IT sector, including 5 years combined in IT project management, business project management or financial and budget management& At least 2 years' experience in project office management& Demonstrated experience in implementing agile, Lean/Kanban, iterative and waterfall tools and processes& Excellent attention to detail and rigor in financial management& Agile certification an asset& Good knowledge and experience in change management& Experience in applying operational excellence principles and approaches to PMO management& Ability to evaluate, maintain or modify best business practices and project KPIs to achieve project management objectives& Strong management skills in a demanding operational context To keep pace with the creation, production and distribution of our products, our employer proposal is unique.
