The Position Job Reference: 1999 Position Title: Manager - Project Management Office Classification: HS6 Annual Salary: $110,000 to $150,000 (dependant and skills and experience) Hours per fortnight: 76 or 80 Hours (including an ADO every 4 weeks) Employment Status: Ongoing Full Time Closing date: 24/03/2025 About the Role Loddon Mallee Shared Services is continuing its digital transformation, and we are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead project governance, strategy, and execution across the Loddon Mallee region. Co-reporting to the Chief Digital Services Officer and Regional CIO, this role will be responsible for: Developing and embedding a strategic PMO for shared services digital health capabilities, ensuring project investments align with regional health priorities and best-practice governance. Managing a regional project portfolio, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and optimisation of project outcomes. Providing executive-level oversight and reporting, ensuring clear visibility of project performance and risks at senior leadership and board levels. Leading a team of project professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and enhancing project delivery capability. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including health services, government bodies, and funding partners. This role offers the opportunity to drive change, improve governance, and enhance project delivery outcomes in one of Victoria’s most dynamic regional health networks. About You To thrive in this role, you’ll need: Leadership Experience – Proven success in leading and managing a PMO or large-scale program governance. Project Governance Expertise – Strong understanding of governance frameworks, risk management, and project prioritisation. Stakeholder & Change Management – Ability to build strong relationships and influence executive-level decision-making. Digital & Process Transformation – Experience in delivering digital health projects, system implementations, or complex change initiatives. Relevant Qualifications – Tertiary qualifications in project management, business administration, health administration, or a related discipline.
