About The Team

Ada’s product management team builds technology and AI products that empower our enterprise customers to transform their business. This role will require the product leader to work with business teams and brands to be able to solve effectively through innovative tech solutions for brands marketing needs. You will have the opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing organization and gain exposure to all the parts of a comprehensive ecommerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market & Customer Understanding: Understand the landscape and needs of enterprises & Organizations on Ada platform through brand interviews, user research, competition analysis and other quantitative/qualitative techniques.
  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define a compelling product vision & strategy for Ada products, and influence other functional leaders/teams to achieve outcomes
  • Problem Identification & Prioritization: Adopt a structured approach to identify what problems need to be solved and break them down into smaller chunks. Prioritize what problems need to be solved now vs. later.
  • Product Roadmap & Delivery: Be able to define a clear product roadmap with detailed product requirements and work collaboratively with a cross-functional team (design, engg. business, analytics, etc.) to bring a product to life.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Collaborate on go-to-market plan working with stakeholders to maximize product adoption and success.
  • Adoption & Metrics: Define product metrics for Ada suite of products and track them continuously. Identify usage patterns and come up with action plans to move metrics in the right direction.
  • Lead a team product managers and Designers.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 15+ years of product management experience, with at least 6 years in B2B or related domains.
  • Demonstrated success in leading multiple product teams and managing complex product portfolios.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling AI platforms and having done that on an ecommerce/Conversational AI is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams on a common vision.
  • Exceptional problem solving skills based on first principles thinking.
  • Good understanding of technology, and comfort with product management processes such as A/B experimentation, writing product requirement documents, managing product backlogs, and creating roadmaps
  • Hands-on experience working with brands/business/marketing teams.

Education

  • MBA or equivalent experience in Product Management.
