Head of Product – Adventure World

This is a rare opportunity to join the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the Managing Director and play a pivotal role in shaping our global product strategy. You’ll blend big-picture thinking with hands-on leadership to develop transformative travel products that inspire, connect and deliver real impact.
What you’ll do:
Lead with purpose:
- Set and execute the long-term product strategy that drives sustainable, profitable growth and reflects our ethos of conscious and immersive travel
- Identify market trends and traveller behaviours to develop unique, future-focused product offerings that set Adventure World apart
Drive product excellence:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch to optimisation
- Lead product design and development, champion innovation, and ensure every experience we offer meets our high standards of quality, authenticity and customer satisfaction
Inspire and empower:
- Manage and mentor a team of Senior Product Managers, building a high-performing culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Operations to bring products to life, on time and on strategy
Measure what matters:
- Use data, market insights and customer feedback to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Track and report on key metrics including customer adoption, satisfaction and product-led revenue growth
Who you are:
- A strategic leader with senior-level product management experience, ideally in the travel or tourism sector
- Passionate about meaningful travel and experienced in building products that balance commercial success with customer and environmental impact
- Skilled in product design, lifecycle management, market analysis and agile methodologies
- A natural collaborator and communicator who thrives on translating big ideas into action
- Experienced in managing teams and fostering talent, with a leadership style that inspires and uplifts
