We're looking for a brilliant Head of Product to manage our Product Team (two teams of 8 Product Managers, reporting directly to Chief Product Officer).


Key Responsibilities:


Team Leadership


  • Build, mentor, and lead a world-class product management team.
  • Foster a strong product culture grounded in ownership, collaboration, and customer empathy.


Process & Execution


  • Introduce and scale structured product management processes, including discovery, planning, and prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, OKRs, etc.).
  • Drive operational rigor and transparency in the inbound product development cycle.


Strategic Alignment


  • Translate Driivz’s company strategy, product goals, and customer needs into a clear, actionable product roadmap.
  • Establish clear, repeatable workflows for managing product requirements from ideation through development.
  • Implement structured processes to ensure consistent planning, prioritization, and execution of product requirements from customers (CRs), strategy (Roadmap) and product quality (technological debt).


Product Performance Management


  • Define and monitor product KPIs, setting measurable goals for feature adoption, customer impact, and business value.
  • Continuously assess product-market fit and adjust roadmap priorities accordingly.


Customer-Centric Innovation


  • Represent the voice of the customer across the product lifecycle. Include customer Change Requests and customer specific requirements into the backlog.


Requirements:


  • 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in mobility, energy, or infrastructure domains.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience building and scaling product teams.
  • Deep understanding of Agile product development and lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking product KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for sustainability, innovation, and the future of electric mobility.
