So what’s the job?


We’re looking for a talented, data-oriented, and creative Head of Product-Growth, to lead Guardio's Product-Growth Team.


You will:

  • Lead Guardio’s product-growth teams, including fast-paced product managers, who are responsible for our main business KPIs.
  • Lead the product-growth strategy, creating the tools and methodologies that scale.
  • Partner with the company leadership to define and execute strategic product-growth initiatives.
  • Partner with the Acquisition team to optimize strategies and seamlessly integrate them into growth funnels and product experiences.
  • Work closely with teams and managers across departments - Product, Data, R&D, Design, Marketing, Content, User Acquisition, and Customer Support to align strategies and deliver results.

  • Fast-paced, assertive, and easy to work with; thrives in high-velocity environments.
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams and managers in product management and/or product growth areas
  • Must have strong B2C product experience.
  • Hands-on experience in growth, A/B testing, funnel optimization, product communication, and retention
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using qualitative and quantitative insights to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Familiar with acquisition channels, especially Meta and other paid platforms.
  • Strong growth instincts; experienced working closely with engineering and design.
  • Deep business understanding, enabling you to identify growth opportunities and assess their impact on company objectives.
