Role
Product Development: to drive and lead the development, launch, and maintenance of innovative products in line with business strategies and customer needs.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the product development process including contribution to idea generation, competitors’ product review, market and competition assessment, market intelligence, internal and external approval, product pricing and launch, implementing changes to existing products.
- Keep abreast of industry and financial market development and regulatory changes and assess the impact on the company range of funds.
- Be adept at structuring product presentation, performance report, sales aids, and other supporting materials for effective marketing new and existing products.
- Work closely with investment, legal, compliance, operation, client service, sales, and marketing team to ensure effective delivery of assigned responsibilities.
- Be a source of technical product expertise.
