The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Head of Product Design (iOS) to lead the design vision at 360Me.
You’ll own and shape a premium, world-class native iOS experience that’s intuitive, emotional, and transformative — working at the intersection of health, AI, and human-centered design.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role working directly with our Head of Product and Head of Consumer Growth.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Leadership
* Own end-to-end product design for our native mobile app (iOS-first): from research and flows to polished UI and prototyping.
* Build, maintain, and scale a reusable, modular design system.
* Ensure compliance with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and mobile-first design best practices.
* Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback and insights.
Design Strategy & Execution
* Translate complex health journeys into intuitive, elegant experiences for premium user segments.
* Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth teams to drive product vision and design execution.
* Create marketing assets for social media, ads, landing pages, emails, and other digital initiatives.
Brand & Visual Identity
* Ensure consistency and excellence in brand expression across all user and marketing touchpoints.
* Support the creation and evolution of brand guidelines and internal design standards.
What We’re Looking For
* A human-centered experience architect who deeply understands native iOS design.
* Proven track record in end-to-end mobile app design, from discovery through delivery.
* Experience building and scaling design systems from scratch.
* Highly collaborative; thrives in fast-paced, iterative startup environments.
* Passionate about healthtech, wellness, and emerging technologies.
* Hands-on experience conducting UI/UX testing and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
Essential Designer Skillsets
* Mastery of iOS Human Interface Guidelines (HIG).
* Pixel-perfect visual design tuned for retina displays and adaptive layouts.
* Prototyping skills: motion, transitions, microinteractions (using Figma, Principle, ProtoPie, etc.).
* Expertise in gesture-driven interaction design and progressive disclosure patterns.
* Commitment to accessibility: designing for dynamic type, VoiceOver, and inclusive experiences.
* Familiarity with Figma Dev Mode and developer handoff best practices.
* Comfort with usability testing, A/B testing, and data-driven iteration.
* Awareness of the latest iOS design innovations (Dynamic Island, Live Activities, Vision Pro design).
Bonus Skills
* Experience with branding integration into app experiences.
* Motion design and storytelling through UI.
* Previous recognition at Apple Design Awards, Webby Awards, or similar.

* Salary: £70,000–£90,000 depending on experience.
