Summary

The Head of Partnership shall be responsible to oversee the B2B and B2B2C partnership and business development opportunities with potential strategic partners to align with Company’s strategy and direction for business growth.


What you will be doing:

The Head of Partnership shall be responsible to oversee the B2B and B2B2C partnership and business development opportunities with potential strategic partners to align with Company’s strategy and direction for business growth:


Partnership Growth Management

  • Lead a team to drive revenue growth from B2B and B2B2C partnership portfolio
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to meet OKRs and revenue targets
  • Acquire and manage potential partners from different industries to identify new opportunities and customize collaboration proposals for mutual benefits and growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationship with partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction from partners.


Digital Intermediaries & Broker Management

  • Develop digital intermediaries and broker channel
  • Identify and acquire potential intermediaries and brokers partners for long term partnership
  • Manage digital agent accounts by monitoring the performance and coordinating with internal key stakeholders to render supports on marketing and operation, etc.


eCommerce Management

  • Strategize the revenue model for eCommerce channel from costing to pricing to meet the OKRs targets
  • Identify and expand merchants’ partnership for providing premium products and offers to our members at eShop
  • Collaboration with Agile team and engineers to enhance customer experience (CX) across eCommerce platforms, ensuring seamless UX, personalization, and conversion optimization.
  • Manage the operation flow and ensure quality and timely delivery of services to customers


Team Management:

  • Develop policy and procedures and relevant monitoring system to ensure SOP for critical process
  • Coach and develop teammates with strength and confidence paving with a growing path
  • Build a strong team culture with growth and warrior mindset


What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of working experience in sales, business development, or partnership roles, with at least 5 years in senior supervisory level, preferrable from start-ups.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and development successful partnership / business development strategies or campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, monitor performance, and achieve collective sales targets.
  • Proven ability to influence, develop, and empower stakeholders to achieve their best in a team-oriented environment.
  • Extensive negotiation skills, results-driven and detail orientated with a hands-on approach.
  • Intelligent, willingness to adopt new technology, motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.
  • Start-up mindset with a strong desire to succeed and innovate.
  • Excellent verbal communication abilities in both Mandarin and English.
