From our flagship studio in Great Falls, VA to pop-ups and partnerships across the DMV, we create intentional permanent and ready-to-wear jewelry that celebrates personal moments and lasting bonds.

We’re a tight-knit, creative, and ambitious team — and we’re looking for someone who can help bring clarity, structure, and efficiency as we grow to include our education and wholesale channels.

The Role:

We’re hiring a Head of Growth & Operations (Contract Role) to act as the operational backbone of the business and the right hand to our founder. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who is both competent and hungry — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and lives to turn creative ideas into clean workflows.

You’ll work across departments, manage internal priorities, and keep projects and people moving. We’re looking for someone results-driven, proactive, and sharp — with just enough warmth to keep everyone grounded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to the founder, managing key priorities and business flow
• Drive accountability across studio, events, education, and e-commerce arms
• Coordinate with our 10-person team on task management, scheduling, and execution
• Maintain and refine operational systems (Asana, Airtable, SOPs, workflows)
• Handle internal communication, staff onboarding, and team meetings
• Oversee light finance/admin (vendor payouts, reconciliations, hours tracking)
• Support with founder’s calendar, communications, and behind-the-scenes logistics

Must-Haves:

• 2–5 years experience in operations, project management, or founder support
• Tech-competent and process-oriented: Airtable, Google Workspace, Asana, etc.
• Results-focused and motivated — you get things done and raise the bar
• A natural communicator and organizer
• Emotionally intelligent, while results focused — able to lead with empathy while driving performance
• Familiarity with small business, retail, or creative/startup environments is a plus
• Availability for 20–30 hours/week, with at least 50% onsite presence in Great Falls
