As our Head of Marketing (all genders), you'll lead the department strategically and manage the rapidly growing scope (and we already have a huge scope today!).

We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and innovative marketing leader to enhance and drive the marketing function at AlfaDocs. Reporting directly to our leadership team, you will be responsible for building a world-class marketing team, setting a compelling marketing vision, and delivering measurable growth outcomes.

  • Marketing Strategy & Positioning, Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth, Performance Marketing & Analytics, Content & Product Marketing, Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management, Branding & Leadership, Marketing Tech Stack & Processes
  • Define and implement strategic marketing plans to accelerate AlfaDocs' market penetration and brand recognition.
  • Foster a high-performing, autonomous, and innovative marketing team culture (both remote and in-office).
  • Leverage data-driven insights and rigorous analytics to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Develop robust external partnership strategies to enhance market presence and innovation.
  • Mentor and lead a diverse team, enhancing cross-team collaboration and elevating overall marketing execution.

Requirements

  • Strong in practical AI application connecting the diverse marketing fields, AI first approach
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive marketing department leadership experience in SaaS, Start-ups, preferably health-tech, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of building and leading successful, data-driven marketing strategies with measurable impact on growth and revenue.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a track record of fostering autonomous and collaborative team cultures.
  • Proven experience in scaling teams effectively, including structuring sustainable growth, defining key roles, and optimizing collaboration processes in dynamic environments, in essential.
  • Outstanding communication, strategic vision-setting, and external stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead through innovation, pushing boundaries, and setting industry benchmarks.
  • Language Skills: native/C2 level Italian and C1/C2 level English are a must.

Administrative Info:

  • Contract: Every Alfa begins their journey with a 1-year fixed-term contract with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term.
  • Location: Milan, Italy (Via Eritrea n. 21 20157 (Palazzo Tecniche Nuove))
  • Office Model: Hybrid Mode 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 18:00 | 1-hour lunch break
  • Trial Period: 45 days
  • Start Date: Starting June/July/August 2025
