Summary

Head of Marketing

Location: Dallas, TX (On-Site, Full Time)

At Fault is a pickleball-powered playground where bold flavors, cold drinks, and good games come together under one roof. We're not just running a venue—we're building a vibe. And we need a marketing leader who can match that energy.

The Role

You’ll be the brand’s voice, heartbeat, and hype squad. From driving email and social content to throwing can't-miss events and building local buzz, you’ll own our full marketing engine. If you know how to move fast, think creatively, and bring people together—you’re our kind of player.

What You’ll Do

Social Media

  • Own our voice across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Plan and execute a consistent content calendar with killer visuals, reels, and creator collabs
  • Engage with our community daily—comments, reposts, DMs, tags, and UGC
  • Monitor performance, test new formats, and optimize for growth

Email & CRM

  • Send emails that actually get opened—and drive action
  • Manage flows for promotions, events, and membership lifecycle
  • Grow and segment our lists while keeping messaging on-brand
  • Report on performance and make data-driven tweaks

Events & Activations

  • Concept, plan, and promote in-venue events (trivia, watch parties, theme nights)
  • Activate the brand off-site through partnerships, pop-ups, and sponsor events
  • Manage RSVPs, guest lists, giveaways, and pre/post event promotion
  • Work with internal teams and brand partners to amplify the moment

Community Building

  • Build lasting local partnerships—with gyms, offices, influencers, and creators
  • Grow our Ambassador Program into a force for word-of-mouth and hype
  • Represent At Fault at neighborhood events and local meetups
  • Find new ways to turn players and diners into fans

What You Bring
  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing, ideally in F&B, hospitality, fitness, or lifestyle
  • Strong creative instincts—you’ve run channels, launched campaigns, and built brand heat
  • Proficiency with platforms like Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Later, Canva, and Mailchimp
  • You’re organized, independent, and scrappy—but can play well with teams
  • Bonus if you shoot content, edit video, or know your way around partnerships

The Perks
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Bonus tied to real business results
  • Dining credit, fun team culture, and front-row access to the action

This is your chance to build something special.

  • We’re growing fast—and if you’ve got the ideas and drive to match, we want to hear from you.
