Job Title: Head of Marketing & Digital Strategy

Location: Remote (with occasional travel as required)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Reports To: Executive Leadership


About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on, highly creative, and results-driven Marketing Head to lead and execute our end-to-end marketing initiatives. This is not a coordination role with an external agency—you will be directly responsible for creating content, managing digital channels, and driving strategic growth across platforms.


You must have a proven track record in developing impactful campaigns, building brand presence, growing online engagement, and delivering measurable results. A strong command of SEO, digital content creation, and social media marketing is essential.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement the overall marketing and content strategy for the brand.
  • Create and manage original content for all digital platforms, including posts, reels, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials.
  • Oversee and execute social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Analyze digital trends and performance to continuously optimize content, SEO, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Design and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing activities with business objectives.
  • Track KPIs and present clear performance reports to leadership.
  • Build and grow the company’s online presence, community, and reputation.



Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, and content creation.
  • Demonstrable success in running and growing brand presence through digital channels.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Strong command of English—both creative and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the brand’s marketing direction.
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics, A/B testing, SEO, and social algorithms.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute creatively.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.



Preferred:


  • Experience in the architecture, design, construction, or materials industry is a plus.
  • Background in visual storytelling or video editing is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
