Job Title: Head of Marketing & Digital Strategy

About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on, highly creative, and results-driven Marketing Head to lead and execute our end-to-end marketing initiatives. This is not a coordination role with an external agency—you will be directly responsible for creating content, managing digital channels, and driving strategic growth across platforms.
You must have a proven track record in developing impactful campaigns, building brand presence, growing online engagement, and delivering measurable results. A strong command of SEO, digital content creation, and social media marketing is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall marketing and content strategy for the brand.
- Create and manage original content for all digital platforms, including posts, reels, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Oversee and execute social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Analyze digital trends and performance to continuously optimize content, SEO, and campaign effectiveness.
- Design and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing activities with business objectives.
- Track KPIs and present clear performance reports to leadership.
- Build and grow the company’s online presence, community, and reputation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, and content creation.
- Demonstrable success in running and growing brand presence through digital channels.
- Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Strong command of English—both creative and technical writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the brand’s marketing direction.
- Solid understanding of performance metrics, A/B testing, SEO, and social algorithms.
- Ability to think strategically and execute creatively.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the architecture, design, construction, or materials industry is a plus.
- Background in visual storytelling or video editing is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
