Job Description

I am looking to recruit a seasoned Head Of Marketing (Maternity Cover). The candidate must have proven experience of Brand Strategy and activation and delivery. The candidate must come from 'bricks and mortar' type sector B2B or B2C retail, hotels property etc - Please ensure you have this before you apply :-)


This is a high-impact role for a brand-focused marketing leader with expertise in digital, PR, and customer engagement.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a senior brand and marketing leadership role, ideally in property, real estate, retail or Hotels.
  • Strong track record in brand building, digital marketing, and lead generation.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning - Develop and execute a clear brand strategy to strengthen market presence and messaging. A large percentage of this role is centred around elevating the brand
  • Brand Stewardship, Campaign Planning and Management.
  • Take ownership of the ‘new’ brand to ensure consistent and effective positioning in the market
  • Design and plan branding and positioning
  • Help to create a strong brand message and identity across all channels (events, email campaigns, web pages and socials)
  • Monitor and analyse competitors across building branding, launches and campaigns in market
  • Building brand awareness and working with our Head of Communications to effectively promote the brand in line with messaging
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts
  • Multi-Channel Marketing - Lead integrated campaigns across digital, PR, social media, and events to drive awareness and engagement.
  • ABM: Utilising Lead Forensics, identifying potential customers and working with respective asset managers on targeting alongside Marketing executive and digital agency
  • Digital & Website Management - Oversee website content, SEO, and UX to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Customer Engagement & Lifecycle Marketing - Own customer satisfaction initiatives and implement marketing automation to improve retention.
  • Social Media & Content - Manage LinkedIn and content marketing to position the company as a thought leader in the sector.
  • Stakeholder & Agency Management - Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Events & Industry Presence - Plan and execute industry events, PR initiatives, and brand partnerships to enhance visibility.
