Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning to Ride Safely (LTRS) Head to lead our LTRS program. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive rider safety training programs. Your expertise will ensure that our customers and the community receive the highest standard of education in safe riding practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and delivery of innovative rider safety training programs tailored to various skill levels. Develop training materials and curricula that align with industry standards and best practices. Oversee and mentor a team of instructors, ensuring consistent quality and delivery of training sessions. Collaborate with internal teams to promote the LTRS program and expand its reach across the region. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to enhance learning outcomes. Stay updated on the latest trends and regulations in motorcycle safety and incorporate them into the training programs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or a related field. Proven experience in a training or instructional role, ideally in the automotive or motorcycle industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Passionate about motorcycle safety and committed to promoting safe riding practices. Certification in motorcycle training or safety (preferred).
