Role Overview

As the Head of Key Account Management – E-Commerce, you will spearhead ParagonCorp’s digital retail growth by leading partnerships with top e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces. You will be responsible for developing digital commercial strategies, accelerating channel performance, and driving cross-functional alignment to maximize brand presence and profitability across online channels.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Channel & Commercial Planning

  • Lead the development and execution of the overall e-commerce sales and channel strategy.
  • Build strong partnerships with key e-commerce players (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate and manage trade terms, visibility packages, and joint business plans.

2. Sales Performance & Target Achievement

  • Own e-commerce P&L and ensure revenue, profitability, and market share targets are met.
  • Oversee assortment planning, pricing strategy, promotions, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and respond to digital channel performance, implementing data-driven optimizations.

3. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing key account and digital commerce team.
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category teams to drive execution excellence.

4. Customer Experience & Digital Shelf Excellence

  • Ensure best-in-class customer journey across platforms—product content, ratings/reviews, discoverability, and delivery performance.
  • Champion digital merchandising, personalization, and conversion-focused improvements.

5. Innovation & Market Intelligence

  • Keep up with e-commerce trends, competitor activity, and platform innovations to ensure agile and future-forward strategies.
  • Share insights and strategic recommendations with leadership to fuel data-backed decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields.
  • 8–12 years of experience in e-commerce or digital key account management, preferably within FMCG or consumer brands.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing high-stakes relationships with top e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong commercial acumen, data analysis capabilities, and business negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platform mechanics, digital shelf execution, and consumer online behavior.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth, innovation, and excellence.
