🚀We are looking for Head of Infrastructure and DevOps to be part of a dynamic team at a Fintech Company in Abu Dhabi !!!

Be the Backbone of Innovation for a seasoned Head of Infrastructure and DevOps to oversee and enhance our technology landscape and infrastructure roadmap. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud platforms—especially Microsoft Azure—Kubernetes orchestration, and Agile delivery frameworks. In this leadership role, you’ll guide cross-functional teams, champion modern infrastructure solutions, and ensure our systems align with business objectives and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute infrastructure strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead Azure cloud architecture, ensuring cost-efficiency, scalability, and security.
• Manage Kubernetes environments and CI/CD integration for containerized apps.
• Drive Agile methodologies and collaborate with development teams.
• Mentor and lead high-performing DevOps/infrastructure teams.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and industry regulations.
• Oversee budget and vendor management for infrastructure and cloud services.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;

Master’s degree preferred.

Preferred: Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent Kubernetes certification.

Certifications in Azure (e.g,Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer) strongly preferred.

Technical Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or operations, including 3+ years in technical leadership or managerial roles.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure services, including Compute, Storage, Networking, and Azure DevOps.
• Practical experience working with Kubernetes (AKS or equivalent), Docker-based containerization, and orchestration platforms.
• Solid background in CI/CD practices, automation workflows, and DevOps toolchains such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
• Skilled in using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible for automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
