About our client:

Our client, a large organization operating over 40 centers and serving more than 500 users in Hong Kong, is seeking an experienced Head of IT. This leadership role will be pivotal in overseeing all IT functions, ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with organizational goals, and driving critical enhancement projects.

About the job:

• Lead and manage a team of 10 IT professionals and coordinate with IT vendors to deliver comprehensive IT services.
• Oversee all aspects of IT, including infrastructure, security, applications, data management, and IT support.
• Define and execute the IT roadmap, aligning technology strategies with business objectives.
• Manage IT budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for projects and ongoing operations.
• Lead critical enhancement and revamp projects, including the implementation of enterprise software (CRM, SAP) and initiatives in AI, cloud migration, and automation.
• Foster strong relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver on strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT security and governance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT management, including substantial leadership experience.
• Proven track record in managing IT functions across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software systems, particularly CRM and SAP.
• Experience with AI, cloud migration, automation, and IT infrastructure management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with C-suite executives and stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to lead teams and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
