Operating from our corporate functions head office in Dubai you will be responsible for overseeing the following:-


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent, particularly in the real estate sector.
  • Design and manage employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, including visa processing and employee documentation.
  • Lead performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and development plans.
  • Develop and oversee training programs to upskill employees and support career growth.
  • Manage compensation and benefits structures to remain competitive in the market.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all HR-related matters.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally and confidentially.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
